We must also consider that on September 7th, 2025, there will be a Lunar Eclipse at 15˚23′ Pisces, and on September 21st, 2025, a Solar Eclipse at 29˚ Virgo. The effects of eclipses are typically felt a few weeks before they occur and can continue to manifest for several months afterward.
In my view, Mars at 1- 2˚Libra during August 2025 is crucial; it acts as a trigger for the upcoming Solar Eclipse. Since the Solar Eclipse occurs in an Earth sign (Virgo 29˚/ critical degree), Mars moving through Libra can be seen as traveling within the ‘eclipse corridor,’ suggesting that diplomatic actions or negotiations may need to be materialized under this influence. By the time of the Solar Eclipse on September 21st, Mars will reach 29˚ Libra and the following day, enter its own sign, Scorpio, which could intensify and solidify the outcomes initiated during this period.
